The first and the second line are processed without problems. The third command produces some output and hangs then after »language 'en‘ is enabled«. After terminating with ^C, I get this:

Who can tell me what to do?
Try on the terminal
/usr/local/texlive/2014/bin/x8664-darwin/context --generate
/usr/local/texlive/2014/bin/x8664-darwin/texexec mkiiexample.tex
/usr/local/texlive/2014/bin/x86_64-darwin/context mkivexample.tex
If the path is different, use your own path.Best,
Akira
