[NTG-context] Footonotes and footnote references not appearing on the same page

      Hello,

I have a problem with footnotes: the references and the footnotes do 
not fall on the same page as soon as there is numerous footnotes on a 
page (something that happens frequently in my work). You'll find a 
source example and a PDF on:

	http://typo.free.fr/context/

Maybe is there something I'm doing that I should not.

Environment:
