[NTG-context] Gathered equations with t-amsl and t-nath

Seems that there is a little bug when you try to gather more than two formulas: \placeformula \startgather f(x) = x \\ g(x) = x^2 \\ h(x) = x^3 \stopgather When doing so, I end up with the last two equations on the same line, with the same equation number.
