In my patch is pdftex_warn() which cause warning on console. Resulting
PDF is not buggy as duplicate glyph names are replaced by "a<num>" (same
glyph name as before my patch).

Ok, so it is up to Karl now. Changing pdftex_warn() to fatal error is
trivial if is better to disallow usage of such broken enc files.
