Summary: new primitive \pdfinclusioncopyfonts

Initial Comment:
this is a replacement for \pdfreplacefont, with the
opposite semantics. When this is set, fonts from
included pdfs are always copied. This is useful to
prevent pdftex from replacing fonts in included pdfs,
without messing around with map files.
