[NTG-pdftex] svn

Hi,
with the help of Fabrice Popineau we now have a public svn repository
for pdfTeX. Read all about it at
   http://foundry.supelec.fr/scm/?group_id=23

Be warned that a full repository checkout explodes to ca. 750MB on
your harddisc.

All developers who might want to submit to that are requested to sign
up with foundry and join the project.

Also our cvs at sarovar is not used anymore; all files are also at foundry.

The rest of the project (trackers etc.) is still at sarovar.
