Summary: Make /XObject /Form coordinates independent from PDF page dimensions
Initial Comment:
Experimental patch for pdftex-1.40.3/luatex
In pdftex-1.30.4 \pdfpageheight spills over into
coordinate transforms inside /XObject /Form objects.
This isn't an error, but it complicates coordinate
transforms. This tiny patch should tidy up the web
source a little, making coordinate transforms inside
/Form objects relative to their inner lower left
position, independently from the PDF page dimensions.
Testing welcome.

I've updated the patch to apply cleanly against trunk.
Taco, can you comment on this?
