Summary: ttf2afm fails to include characters specified with uniXXXX

Initial Comment:
If characters are specified in an encoding vector as
uniXXXX (with XXXX a hexadecimal unicode value), then
these characters are not included in the AFM output,
unlike characters that are specified by name.  The same
goes for characters specifed by position.

A suggested patch is attached.
