to be honest I don't know either -- because I don't use
dvipdfm(x). Just trying to satisfy a request by Cho.

yes exactly

they are the values as returned by xpdf -- 
page->{x1, y1, x2, y2}. I don't know whether xpdf does 
normalize them, but I hope so.
