Initial Comment:
Experimental patch increases resolution of /Widths
array by 1 fractional digit, makes corrections of type
")-1(" and ")1(" in the TJ array happen much less
often, particularily for CM fonts. Gives e. g. 1 % PDF
file size shrink for pdfetex web sources compiled into PDF.

Rough patch only, not for production. Testing welcome.

patch updated: now the TJ array building in procedure
pdf_begin_string is simplified/tidied up.
