Summary: Dangling font objects with non-replacable fonts

Initial Comment:
If a PDF file with a non-replacable font (e. g. a
non-embedded standard-14 font, or a TrueType font) is
included into another PDF file, there is an
unused/dangling fontfile stream object generated.

Details, rough patch, test files see attached patch.tgz.

Ooops, problem affects only Type-1 fonts, as the copyFont()
function else returns already before calling
lookup_fontmap(). Patch unchanged.
