Looking for the string "/Matrix" without full parsing could be done.

Have I missed something? When did they change this?
PDF spec. 1.6 says in 3.2.6 "Dictionary Objects":
| Note: No two entries in the same dictionary should have the same key. If a
| key does appear more than once, its value is undefined.
