[NTG-pdftex] bug in graphic inclusion

Hi,

There is a bug in graphic inclusion. Volker, Fabrice and I could track 
it down to

- when more than 512 multipage documents are included (say 600 two page 
articles) the file systems limit on open files steps in (512 on windows, 
can be enlarged to 2048; dunno about *ix)
- fabrice located the spot in the source
