[NTG-pdftex] handling fatal errors / corrupt file

Hi,

Sometimes pdftex quits with a fatal error (e.g. when a pdf image is 
invalid); in that case the pdf file is corrutp. I think that in those 
situations either the fils should be correct, but since that is tricky, 
that alternatively the file is simply deleted automatically. Better no file 
than a corrupt one.
