Hi Thanh,

In order to get bookmarks to display something else than pdfdoc encoding, we 
need a fix (extension); we have:

   \pdfoutline user {...} count ... {text}

but also need:

   \pdfoutline user {...} count ... objrefnr

I'll send you a file that shows why -)
