[NTG-context] cannot update ConTeXt to 2022.09.16

The exact same thing is happening on my end (Linux x86-64). I tried
upgrading using the regular method, then I tried deleting *.tma and
updating again. I still have version "2022.09.11 20:44". Not sure how to
fix it, but I guess at least you're not alone :)
