[NTG-context] cannot update ConTeXt to 2022.09.16

Hi Otared,

what is really weird, installing both brand-new versions for Win64 and
Linux64 is that I cannot get current latest from 2022.09.16 14:39 (but
only from 2022.09.11 20:44).

What am I doing wrong here?
