[NTG-context] mathcal generates error in ConTeXt

HI!

It generates no \starttext \stoptext tag

It works with this though

\starttext

$\mathcal{A}$

\stoptext

But with the -s option you get a standalone version of the document

pandoc -s -f latex -t context -o test_context.tex test.tex
