[NTG-context] Small bug in publ-imp-aps.mkvi

Hi everyone,

Just letting you know that there is an extra . (full stop) on the end of
lines 732 and 734 of publ-imp-aps.mkvi which causes references to be
typeset like "p.. 417" and "pp.. 417--418".
