[NTG-context] \hbox to ... equivalent in ConTeXt (\framed)

Nice, but it also adds spacing between characters inside a word. So, what I
was asking is if I can stretch only spaces between words via key-value
pairs in \framed, if possible, of course. Thank you very much.
