Hi again. The following doesn't work (the tag is missing):

\startTEXpage[offset=2bp]
\startplaceformula[title=A,reference=alpha]
     \startformula
         1 + 1 = 2
     \stopformula
\stopplaceformula
I'm in \in[alpha]
\stopTEXpage

Jairo
