[NTG-context] \setupindenting[first] not working

Dear List,

The first paragraph of the following example is not indented.

    \setupindenting[yes,first,4cm]
    \starttext
    \section{a}

    \dorecurse{84}{abc }

    \dorecurse{84}{abc }

    \stoptext

Does anyone know how to actually get the first paragraph indented?
