[NTG-context] issue with current latest (2020.07.20)

I don't know if there is link with this thread, but after update I get 
the following with "context --make" or "context --make fr"

resolvers       > lua > unknown file 'mult-fmt.lua'
error loading file: mult-fmt.lua (aborting)resolvers       | formats |
