Hi Hans,

I think this is what you need:

    \definestructureconversionset[sectionnumbers][0,R][n]
    \setupheads[sectionconversionset=sectionnumbers]
    \starttext
    \dorecurse{5}{\chapter{Chapter}\section{Section}}
    \stoptext
