Hi Fabrice,
You can use
after={\strut\blank}
in your definition of MyDefinition, as in:
\defineframedtext
[MyDefinition]
[before={\blank},
after={\strut\blank},
frame=off,
background=MyFrame,
width=\textwidth,
height=fit,
location=left,
style=italic]
