[NTG-context] hyphenation exceptions?

Indeed, the combination Amsterdam-Buitenveldert is the culprit.
The solution therefore is to use (it is ConTeXt afterall) Amsterdam|-|Buitenveldert, then the word Amsterdam doesn't even needs an exception.
