You are right Wolfgang.. I confused this with a closely related, but
different, issue (tagging arguments inside of a startstop). Gotta get more
sleep...
But on another front (see previous email): Is there already a way to tag
the heading in e.g.
\startitemize[n]
\starthead {\startHEAD Head 1 \stopHEAD}
Test 1
\stophead
\stopitemize
i.e., is there already something for \start-stopHEAD?
