For numbered items you can use the optional argument of \item to set a reference.

\starttext

\startitemize[n]
\item[item:one] First item
\item[item:two] Second item
\stopitemize

\page

Take a look at \in{item}[item:two] on \at{page}[item:two].

\stoptext
