[NTG-context] enable kerning with discretionary hyphen

You can use the \fontalternative command to check for the current alternative (upright, italic, bold etc.) of the font.  

[     tf=>Upright,
      unknown=>Unknown fontalternative]}
“\Test” {\it “\Test”} {\bs “\Test”} {\sc “\Test”}
