[NTG-context] problem with printing pdf files (MKIV on Mac)

Printing on a network printer (from a Mac through Skim) prints the first page correctly, at the top of the second page it prints:
OFFENDING COMMAND: definefont
Printing from Acrobat Professional works correctly.
