Perfect. That looks much more slick.

I know have defined:
\define[2]\Citation{
  \blank
  \startframedtext[middle][align=middle,corner=round,rulethickness=2bp]
    {\bf #2}
    \blank[small]
    \rightaligned{\it #1}
  \stopframedtext
  \blank
}
