[NTG-context] a ghost in the columns ?

Ah, this was a bad example...
I have an other snippet from my original file, please see minimal (tex+pdf) below.

Here we have a bigger space before "Gai epitome" than before "Gai institutiones".

Why is this one? How can this be avoided?
