[NTG-context] 2DOWN imposition gives blank pages

Dear Willi and Wolfgang,

Thanks for the explanations.  I understand ConTeXt arranging a bit
better now and am trying more (and longer) experiments.  I still can't
figure out this one, though.  Even printing doublesided, you don't
want p.1 to vanish:

> > \input tufte
> > \page
> > \input tufte
