[NTG-context] setuphead, setuplist

That's it.

Now the corresponding entry in the TOC should be without sectionnumber,
but

setuplist[...][sectionnumber=no]

doesn't work.
And looking in the manual I saw that this command is listed for  
setuplist, but listed italic?!
