attached is something i made in 2000
i just tested it and it should work ok in the latest context / acrobat
texexec examn.tex
or if you like
texexec examn.xml
(which assumes a recent texexec otherwise you need to say --env=ex-tex)
the code that deals with the randomixaiton is in m-examn.tex
