[NTG-context] placefigure feature request ?

Hi all,

It seems this is for you, Hans:

It would be nice if placefigure can be able to detect if the best place
is the top or the bottom of the page accordingly to its call, i.e.:
if placefigure call is near to the top -> figure will go to the top
else figure will go to the bottom...
