[NTG-context] LaTeX array equivalence with multiline \lbrace

I've read the post [NTG-context] Math Cases and I'm interested to have 
the possibility to do this kind of numbering:

 { b , if whatever     (1a)
  a ={
     { c,  otherwise       (1b)
