See isoimage\usr\local\context\tex\setuptex.bat:

REM Installatie van Minimal ConTeXt
REM Instellingen ten behoeve van CONTEXT (TEX) installatie.
REM Deze file moet worden aangeroepen in de file
REM "autoexec.bat" die te vinden is onder c:\. Voeg aan die
REM file toe:
REM   call c:\tex\setuptex.bat

Scite (as was already described, execute cdemo.bat).

No, there's no need to remove MikTeX from PATH. I've put an
"pragmatex.bat" into path with the content (one line only):
