[Dev-luatex] XML export from LaTeX

[Prannoy Pilligundla]

Hi Everyone,

I am Prannoy Pilligundla from India.I want to export XML directly instead
of dvi from LaTeX. I know such a thing can be done with Context but i want
to do the same thing with LaTeX. It would be great if someone could guide
me on how to go ahead with this.
