As far as I am concerned, you need not to convert the string return by
uname() into the previous label used in LuaTeX.
This keeps LuaTeX simple and easy to maintain.
I think os.name() should return a table contains five strings:
Leave the corresponding code to higher level(for example, ConTeXt)
