Big check-in, that one. Be warned that I am still working on 
luafontforge,  luatex may not even compile at times.

I am trying to weed the fontforge code so that only the
font readers remain, but that is a slow and somewhat tedious
process. Give me a few days, and all should be back to normal
(I hope).
