[Dev-luatex] Any chance that anonymous Subversion access will get restored?

the gforce repos has been upgraded so maybe some setting got lost; i'll
ask fabrice
(the code is being reshuffled in ways that make luatex currently very
instable so the gforge update is not disturbing too much -).
