[dev-context] Font structure

Hi all,

today I downloaded current ConTeXt minimals from the garden
and watched OTF and TTF fonts.

I would like to ask why IBMPlex big font family is stored directly
in the font "root" directory

context/v201910111339/tex/texmf/fonts/opentype

while all other families are arranged in their own subdirectories.
I guess IBMPlex could follow them by the same way. Would it be possible?
