[dev-context] Module documentation for Lua files

Hi Hans,

the scripts to generate the documentation from Lua files don’t work in the beta.


When I run

  context --ctx=x-ldx x-ldx.lua

not even the xml file “x-ldx.ldx” is generated.


When I use the two step method with

  mtxrun --internal x-ldx x-ldx.lua

I get the xml file but the second step

  context --usemodule=ldx --forcexml x-ldx.ldx

gives no output.
