It depends on how much support you want.

- for basic language support we need an entry in lang-def.mkiv
- for labels we need entries in lang-txt.lua
- for patterns you need to check with Mojca what file we need to use
- if you also want commanda and keywords in esperanto we need to extend 
mult-def.lua
