[dev-context] debian package on contextgarden.net

Hello,

There was no voice from Patrick for a long time, but in case he's
still reading his mail occasionally:

He wanted to upgrade the TeX distribution on contextgarden.net.
Couldn't the new Debian package be used for that? (Which would
probably mean that one would get/could experiment with XeTeX and
perhaps even luatex "for free" then.)
