[dev-context] dependencies

Hi,

The last couple of days i've been busy sorting our some depedency 
related issues (non trivial).

In the process I also rewrote the dep checker

ctxtools --dep
ctxtools --dep --filter=defineframed,localframed,framed

i uploaded an alpha release, please check if it is ok

due to the changes (also some name cleanup, pending dutch and so) taco 
will not make a diff (unless he's bored) but there are no fundamental 
changes

there are still 23 dependency order issues to resolve ...

(i can imagine taco committing the beta as well as the alpha in order to 
be able to diff pending changes)
