I have not checked into depth, but also:

- read ctx files in parent and grandparent directories
- lots of file path conversions from win32-style \ to unix-style /
   in ruby scripts
- small code improvement in switch.rb
- that math alignment fix with a \vcenter
- read (new) core-pgr.tex
- core-pos reorganized
- an extra \par in core-ntb.tex
- a small change in core-sec.tex (todo with section numbers?)
- m-streams: \starttextstreamlayer added
- m-visual: \simplethesis example added
- page-num: \checknumber[page] instead of \checknummer
- verb-c.tex added
- x-openmath.tex added
- figure (resource) library changes
