[dev-context] Updated modules at contextgarden

Hi all,

I think I have succeeded in uploading new versions of my modules
to contextgarden (thanks to Patrick for the input form and Hans
for the distribution/tpm builder).

   http://modules.contextgarden.net/t-lettrine
   http://modules.contextgarden.net/bib

   http://modules.contextgarden.net/urwgothic

For that last one I have a question for Patrick:

I changed the filename in the edit form (from urwgothic-support
to f-urwgothic). That did not change the existing files, just the
links, so those became invalid. I expected that, so I added a new
release and re-uploaded my zipfile. That worked fine, the new
version now has the right filename (cool!).

But it also means that there is now a set of "orphan files"
on http://dl.contextgarden.net, and I do not know how you want
to handle that?

We also have serious duplication of information now: the info in
the tpm file duplicates the info in modules interface + filesystem.
It would perhaps make more sense if one or the other was auto-generated?

Cheers, Taco
