Doesn't work either with lmodern or fourier instead of utopia. Looking at the attached file, it seems that pdftex fails to include the last font.

It seems to be ok here with utopia and lmodern. (pdftex-20050526, Adobe Reader 7.0.1 on Windows) Best regards, Akira
